Shangri-La Shades in Delray Beach, FL
Downtown lofts and beach cottages that mix sheer and blackout layers. Delray Beach sits close to the water, so we specify rust-resistant hardware and woven fabrics suited to salt exposure and humidity rather than finishes that corrode easily. Our installers cover Delray Beach and the rest of Palm Beach County from 4023 N Cypress Dr, Pompano Beach, which usually means a prompt measure appointment and a single installation visit for shangri-la shades.
Shangri-La shades suspend soft fabric vanes between two sheer layers. Open the vanes and daylight washes through the sheers; tilt them and glare drops without the room darkening; close them and the window is private while still reading as light, soft fabric. It is the treatment we recommend when a client wants privacy but does not want the room to feel closed in.

Shangri-La Shades in Delray Beach — FAQ
- How much do shangri-la shades cost in Delray Beach?
- Price depends on the size of each opening, the fabric and whether you choose cordless or motorized lift. We measure your Delray Beach home for free and leave an exact written price, so nothing changes after the order.
- Do you charge for a measure appointment in Delray Beach?
- No. The in-home measure and quote are free anywhere in Palm Beach County, and we bring fabric samples to your door so you can compare them in your own light.
- How soon can you install shangri-la shades in Delray Beach?
- We schedule the measure in Delray Beach at a time that suits you. Fabrication time depends on the product and fabric and is confirmed with your quote, and most homes are installed in a single visit.
- Which fabrics hold up best in Delray Beach?
- Woven polyester and PVC-based fabrics with rust-resistant hardware. On coastal Palm Beach County windows we avoid natural wood and untreated linen because salt exposure and humidity can shorten their service life.
