Smart & Motorized Blinds in Miami & South Florida
Smart blinds and motorized blinds are the same product: a blind or shade with a motor you control from a remote, a phone app, a wall switch or a voice assistant. Two-story windows, wide sliders and shades behind furniture are simply not practical to operate by hand. We install rechargeable lithium, solar-charged and hardwired motors, then group them by room or facade.

Why homeowners choose our motorized blinds
- Smart-home control from Amazon Alexa, Google Home and Apple Home (Siri) through the motor's hub
- Rechargeable, solar-charged or hardwired motors depending on access
- Remote, wall switch, phone app and voice assistant control
- Scheduled scenes — shades down before the afternoon sun hits the glass
- Grouped channels so an entire wall of glass moves as one

Smart & Motorized Blinds — questions we get asked
- Are smart blinds the same as motorized blinds?
- In practice, yes. "Smart blinds" is the everyday name for motorized blinds that connect to a hub or app, so you can control them from your phone, on a schedule, or by voice. Everything on this page is the same product under either name.
- Do motorized blinds need wiring?
- Not usually. Rechargeable lithium motors run months per charge and need no electrician. Solar panels are an option on sun-facing glass, and hardwiring makes sense during a renovation or new build.
- Do smart blinds work with Alexa, Google Home or Apple Home?
- Yes, through the motor's hub. We set up the hub, name the rooms and test app and voice control with Amazon Alexa, Google Home or Apple Home (Siri) before leaving. Tell us which system you use and we specify a motor that supports it.
